  • The bills are piling up but no-one's paying YOU. Your team's letting you down and you feel like you're on your own. Nothing seems to go according to plan anymore and you sense that you're in a downward spiral. Sound familiar?
  • Don't hand your licence back because we can help with our rescue, recovery and reorganisation plans for radio stations that are struggling or in trouble.
  • Read our 8-stage structured approach and then call to find out how we can put it into practice for you and your station.

David Duffy

Commercial

David first came to radio in May 1981 as a freelance presenter/producer with Essex Radio. He worked on the Arts programme and went on to produce a weekly two hour live panel phone-in show. David also worked on the weekend breakfast show as a co-presenter.

In addition to radio, David's career has included over 15 years working in a variety of senior sales and marketing roles for global technology companies. He returned to radio in 1991 as a Non-Executive Director of Wire FM in Warrington, Cheshire. After the successful sale of the company to Wireless Group plc in 1999 David returned to the technology sector - establishing his own software consultancy.

John Evington

Programming

John's career in broadcasting began as a presenter/producer at Manchester's Piccadilly Radio in November 1978.

Following a spell as Head of Music and Features at Leicester's first commercial station and a three-month period hosting the Early Show at national station BBC Radio 2, John became Programme Director at Signal Radio - a post he went on to hold for 22 years.

John then spent five years running Steve Penk's Revolution Radio in Oldham, steering the station back from near closure during the recession. John teamed up with David Duffy to form The Radio People in 2013.
